Experience Nature on the "Elements" Houseboat Terrace

Our floating holiday home combines the charm of a houseboat with the latest technical features and fine modern design. With its comfortable furnishings, it meets the standards of a beautiful vacation home and offers space for an extraordinary maritime family holiday for up to 6 people.

This license-free houseboat is stylishly equipped and offers 48 square meters of living space. Thanks to the powerful heating system and air conditioning, the boat can be used year-round, providing a cozy atmosphere even on cooler days. All our houseboats are equipped with a Wi-Fi router and Smart TV.

However, the true beauty lies in enjoying the sun, wind, and water on the 50-square-meter upper deck terrace.

Our houseboat is equipped with four solar panels on the rooftop terrace, generating a maximum output of 1,600 watts. This sustainable energy source supports the onboard systems and helps reduce the need for electricity from external sources.

The generated energy is stored in the boat's pre-installed batteries, providing you with a reliable power supply even when you're away from the marina. This means even more independence on the water – eco-friendly and efficient.

The houseboat features a fully equipped separate, lockable bathroom with a washbasin, shower, and toilet, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette and everything else you need for a pleasant day and night on the water. The boat has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The salon also includes a sofa bed for 2 additional guests.

The two enclosed interior spaces and two terraces offer plenty of privacy, especially when used with multiple people on board, providing quiet places to recharge and enjoy the sun and water.

A grill for a BBQ evening as well as a Stand-Up Paddleboard, canoe, electric dinghies, or bicycles can be rented from the harbor master for a fee. Pets are allowed. IMPORTANT: Clearance height with terrain is 3.95 m, and with the sunshade mounted, it is 5.45 m. Always fold the sunshade before passing under any bridge.
